Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed in regards to quantity, size or color.
There is a small period after the order has been placed that you can cancel your order if you wish to replace it with the proper updates. To request cancellation please email customerservice@foxracing.com with your order number and cancel request. Requests can be made if your order has not entered the fulfillment process yet.
Fox also cannot change the address of an order after it has been placed. There is a small window where Fox Customer Service can make an address correction with FedEx (Ex. Typos, Apt Numbers, and Zip Code corrections.) but they are unable to reroute packages.
